Announcement:

We would like to announce the decision that Purdue Conference Registration will remain open until we reach maximum housing capacity. Therefore, the registration system will continue to be available after July 3rd, unless all beds are filled before then. Once we are full, registration will be discontinued at that time.

In addition, please note that new registrants after July 3rd will incur a $10 late fee as per our contract with Purdue University.

How do I register and pay for the conference?


If you are a first-time user, click the “Register Now” button to sign up for an account with us. Enter your details and continue through the sign up process to fully register for the conference. If you need help registering, take a look at our registration help video.


How much does the conference cost?



  • Leaders: $325
  • Newcomers (attending UBF less than one year): $169
  • High school: $150
  • Middle school: $125
    * (Note: From North America, Children under 12 are not permitted)

You may pay your conference fee using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or electronic check. Partial payments are welcome; however, full payment must be made by July 1, 2008.


What can I do once I register for the conference on this website?


We have many features available through the conference registration website. For example you can:


  • Select your own room and pick a potential partner to join you in the small group Bible studies at the conference!
  • Register your friends and/or Bible students using our Group Inviter function! (Enter your friend’s name and email address, make a $50.00 minimum deposit, and the system will automatically email them their login information to complete their own registration).
  • International delegates can login, register and provide visa info and travel plans for their stays in the United States before and after the conference!
